2) How are the memory wire bracelets created?

Our bracelets are made with durable, flexible memory wire.  The semi precious gems are separated by high quality plated silver links.  Some of the bracelets links are offered in 925 silver.  If you like some of the plated silver jewelry design in in 925 silver, please contact us (customerservice@mysilvergems.com).   Since the semi precious gems are tumbled this process produces a different  shape for each gemstone presenting  a disctinct jewelry piece.

3)  Are the bracelets available in sterling silver?

Some of the bracelets links are offered in 925 silver at an increased price.  If you would like some of our silver plated designs in 925 silver please contact us. 

4) What is the benefit  of the memory wire bracelet?

It can be adusted to fit any wrist and always retaing its shape much like a slinky toy. It also eliminates the need for a clasp.

5) Are the Murano glasses reproducible?

One of the beauties of the Murano glass is its uniqueness.  The color will be similar to the picture displayed in the site, however,  the exactly piece will not be replicated.

6) How should I clean my jewelry?

The most convinient way to clean your silver is using a dry flannel cloth.  The plated silver links should be cleaned the same way.  As mentioned above these links are high quality plated silver. 

7) How soon will my order be processed?

Most orders are shipped within one week.

8) What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt.  There is a small restocking fee of 10% of the product price.

9) Do you ship to a post office box number?

We do not ship to POB's because our shipper requires a street address.

10) How do you package the products?

The jewelry is double wrapped for security purposes.
